CANCELLATION POLICY & CANCELLATION FORM

Consumers have a right to cancel under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or independent professional activity:

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us ( Centris Business Gateway) by making a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) that you wish to cancel this contract. You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not required.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right to cancel before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of cancellation. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to check the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts involving the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, are not residents of a member state of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time the contract is concluded are outside the European Union.

General Information

1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If possible, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please make sure to use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not return goods to us with unpaid postage.
3) Please note that points 1-2 above are not required for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
