Youth Protection & Age Restriction – HHC Vapes
Protecting kids and teens is our top priority. HHC-Vapes is only sold and handed out in line with the current laws in Germany, especially the Youth Protection Act (JuSchG).
1. Age Definitions
- Children: People under 14 years old
- Teenagers: People between 14 and 17 years old
- Adults: People 18 and older
Our products are for adults only (18+).
2. No Sale or Supply to Minors
HHC-Vapes and similar inhalation products are not given or sold to children or teenagers. This applies to both in-store and online sales. Use by minors is strictly forbidden.
Products where liquids are vaporized with an electronic heating element and then inhaled are subject to strict age restrictions—no matter if they contain nicotine or not.
3. Age Verification in Online Sales
Since this is mail order without face-to-face contact, we use mandatory age checks:

- Use of a technical age verification system (AVS)
- Matching entered data with suitable reference data
3.2 Age Check on Delivery
- Shipping only with age check on delivery (18+)
- Personal handover only to adult recipients
These measures make delivery to minors impossible.
4. Proof and Verification Requirement
Customers have to prove their age with a valid ID if asked. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders if age verification can't be completed successfully.
5. Responsible Use
HHC products are for adults only. Using psychoactive substances can involve risks. We recommend using them responsibly and keeping them safely out of reach of minors.
